An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our Nottingham Centre, which we operate in partnership with Trent Vineyard, a church with a vision to serve those who are marginalised.

 

We are seeking a Specialist Learning Mentor who will be part of a small team, working mainly with disaffected young people, to educate and transform their lives.

 

The role includes planning and delivering imaginative curricula and resources, alongside tried and tested methods of engagement, to support the young people’s progress. 

 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working with young people aged 11-16 with moderate to severe behavioural issues and/or special needs.

 

Hours:	4.5 to 5 days/week (job share considered for 2.5 days/week)

Closing:	Tuesday 13th March 2012 at 9am
Interview:	Thursday 22nd March 2012 in Nottingham
Start:	Late August / early September depending on training dates
